Hello everybody, my name is Quill.I am an aspiring writer, artist and roleplayer from Canada. I work currently as a software engineer and thus spend most of my days in front of a computer, with BlueSky open on one of my several monitors. But even when I'm not, I try to haunt around on the regular.I've been roleplaying since I was in high school. Since I'm 30+ years old, that's been a long time. I've bounced between many different mediums, starting with a MUD called Furcadia, then to forums, Tumblr, Discord, FFXIV, et cetera. I've roleplayed in countless fandoms and through original characters. Needless to say, I love this hobby and intend to continue doing it into the foreseeable future.I am a cis straight white male with a full-time job, a toddler and an attempt at a life beyond the computer (whether or not that's successful or not is yet to be seen). I enjoy writing, reading novels and comics, gaming, TTRPGs and all the usual things you'd expect of someone who grew up as a nerd in the '90s. I've been running a local writing group in my town for nearly two years now and found I have a passion for coaching people when it comes to writing, from finding their voice to discovering their projects.I know, a lot of information you didn't ask for. I'm just laying it out that I'm a simple person enjoying a simple hobby, and I hope we can enjoy it together.

Rules
My golden rule about roleplaying is that I'm doing this for fun, so I will have fun. If something or someone is not fun, I don't have time or energy for it.
I am generally willing to explore any and all content. I don't have many limits or things that make me uncomfortable, but I am able to draw boundaries if we do find one.
NSFW and lewd material is not my focus. I don't mind it and do, in fact, enjoy it from time to time as long as it serves a purpose for my portrayal.
That being said, I will never post nudity, lewd roleplay or anything explicit in that nature on my timeline. Anything that crosses into that content will be moved to DMs.
When it comes to posting I'm fine with both multi-paragraph threads and quick, crack interactions. It's all fun and I enjoy exploring various aspects of my characters.
I will typically match my partner's style when we're writing together. If it's quick and choppy, I'll write to match. If it's long and descriptive, I'll write to match.
My DMs are always open. Gwen is the account I lurk on the most if you wish to reach me quicker, but I cycle through them regularly. I also have Discord available.
